Growth

02 / Growth

I am not a consultant who hands you a plan and leaves. I step in as your fractional head of growth and do the work: I set the plan, write the content, run the outbound, build the pipeline and sell alongside you. Sales and marketing, from one person. Once it works, I design the role, help you hire the person who will own it, and hand it over.

Sales

  • Pick who to sell to and build the target list
  • Outbound and social selling: messaging, sequences, LinkedIn
  • Referral partner programs
  • Pipeline: CRM setup, follow-up, sales playbooks
  • Sales coaching, and joining key sales conversations
  • Designing the sales role, writing the scorecard and call framework, helping hire and ramp

Marketing

  • Positioning and the offer
  • Channel and ad strategy, and the tests that show what works
  • Content strategy, and the writing itself
  • Events and in-person channels where they fit

Growth Partner

$6,000 / MO
  • The plan in 30 days, yours to keep
  • Strategy, sales and marketing from one partner
  • Content, outbound and pipeline built and run by me
  • Coaching for you and your team
  • Hiring help when the plan calls for a salesperson
  • A weekly working session
  • A scorecard agreed up front
90 days, then month to month

Nearly all of it is me: the strategy, the content, the outbound, the pipeline and playbooks, the coaching, and the key sales conversations. A partner comes in only for work that needs a full-time seat or a specialist, like daily cold calling, a large ad budget or design. You approve that work and its cost before it starts.

Me. One person, from the audit to the scorecard.

No. I work with founders, CEOs and the people they put in charge of growth. What matters is that someone with the authority to change how the company sells is in the weekly session.

Less than the cost of a full-time hire, no recruiting, no ramp, and a plan in 30 days. If the plan says you need a full-time hire, I help you find and ramp them.

You get the plan in the first 30 days. If you do not believe in it, stop there and keep it.

Continue, change the scope, or hand it to your team or a new hire.
